Flexibility is the key

All of the activities featured on our website are not set in stone. We have the capability to adapt our successful projects to give groups an experience of all of them. Examples of such projects that we have put

together are “Get Started in Football” with the Princes Trust and “eXtra Time” with Southend Adult College.

Both these projects have included aspects of Goals! and Blues Bodycare, whilst also giving the participants the opportunity of gaining the Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football qualification.

An example of the success of the “eXtra Time” project can be found in the advert below, where 3 of the participants are now being used as examples for the Southend Council initiative “Dare 2 Dream”:

Coaching packages are also available and can be one off sessions or a set amount and we also can arrange one day activities for your school / youth group such as fitness days, health days and PE lessons.

For example a six week Fitness Programme was designed specifically at the request and in partnership with the Kemp Welch Partnership.

It’s more than just football...
