Geoffrey King

Chief Executive of Southend United Football Club

Geoffrey King, aged 60, is a Chartered Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Management and of the Faculty of Builders. He has experience in construction and property sector companies holding the posts of Finance Director and Chief Executive in both private and public companies. He has been associated with Southend United Football Club for some eight years serving as a non executive director and for the past five years as Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive. Geoffrey is married and has three grown up daughters. He is a member of the Glaziers Livery Company.

 

 

Mr Roger Sinden

Roger Sinden formerly worked as Head of Community Care for Essex County Council and since retirement has provided consultancy in the field of Adult Health and Social Care. In addition he is currently a non executive Director of South East Essex Primary Care Trust.
Despite living in Mid Essex he has retained a life time association with Hastings United in his  town of birth, forwhom he provides match day radio coverage for local radio stations and the hospital.
He is married with four grown up children.
