Multi-Skills Playground Development Scheme

Southend United Community & Educational Trust and ESP (Education and Special Projects) Ltd have formed an agreement that will benefit thousands of children in South Essex.

ESP specialise in the design, installation and support of the playground as a context to deliver improvements across the whole school, through the use of playground equipment and playground markings.

ESP deliver concepts in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools throughout the UK. The heart of our strategy is born from a Movement / Multi-skills pathway through the use of specifically designed playground markings and a structured nationally accredited CPD training programme to aid the development of all young people. All of our playground equipment, playground markings and training services have been designed as developmentally appropriate interventions and focus very closely on the correct ages and stages of a child's development.

ESP will work in partnership with Southend United Community & Educational Trust in delivering the strategy of Shaping A Community of Practice Through PE and Sport. ESP’s concept has been independently researched by a wealth of Universities and demonstrates a HUGE positive impact on various school strategies.
